Sewer duck has three portables at a Agtegra facility in Roscoe that I know have not been cleaned in over a week. They are disgusting. It’s hard to stand in one long enough to urinate. I called and left a message but no one has responded yet. I’m sure Agtegra would be a good account for their competition to take over.

We had called in about a problem with flushing and were told the problem was the septic tank being full. This however, was not the case and they didn’t attempt to snake the sewer line, the problem is still occurring, we called in with attempts for them to come out and fix their mistake and all we were asking for was that it be done free of charge, since originally we paid had $325. Instead, they wanted us to pay double what we had before, this company ain’t worth the business for they will screw you over too for another paycheck.

Sewer Duck charged my daughter $963 and change for a 1.5 hr main drain clean out job. Yes - it was on a Saturday and about 30 miles from town. $675 for work, $232 for mileage charge and then tax on top. This is highway robbery. I literally had the same issue the day before and was only charged $210 total. No - it wasn’t a weekend and I don't live there but this is 4x what I paid for the same drain clean out that took about the same amount of time. This is a ridiculous amount of money even for a Saturday job. I am suggesting she try someone else to compare rates and work next time.

Before You Call

Homeowners can choose planned septic pumping or call for 24/7 emergency service when a problem is already underway. One question worth asking is how soon the pumping crew can come.
