Without trash talking the other septic company, we were let down by them during our septic inspection but Cody figured it all out and concluded we had collapsed septic lines, and had a suspicion that none of our piping was even glued, it was also not properly graded and water was back flowing into our home.

5 Star Rating for Cody and his crew. Cody came highly recommended by several friends and many great online reviews. He showed up in a nice late model truck and his own excavator. He does great work and is extremely reliable, personable and professional. Our septic system had 3 seperate failures and it could not have come at a worse time, as we had family here from California. Cody quickly diagnosed the problem and got the permit to get it repaired. One issue was directly under a tree we planted when my wife retired in 2018.

If I could give 100/10 stars I would. Excellent service. Cody gave us a more affordable option, while other companies were only telling us to replace the system. They even took out our patio for us that was on top of the system from the previous owners, along with fixing other questionable things they did…We will only ever use Septicworks for our septic needs. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Cody took on a repair that no one else wanted to, everyone else wanted to replace the system and make me spend a ton of money. Cody came and presented a few options to get our septic system back up and operational at a price point we could afford. We are super happy with our septic and the service provided! He even helped us carry a super heavy box we could not move ourselves just out of the kindness of his heart.

Cody was honest and professional. He took the time to understand what was happening with our system and trying a potential smaller solution before determining a larger solution was necessary. He was quick and efficient and answered every question we had. He had us fixed and functional in less than a weeks time. All septic work is expensive but he made sure we understood what our options were and gave us options to help us avoid full replacement. Happy to say, problem was solved fully without a full field replacement like two other people said was inevitable without even looking at it.

Cody comes up in nearly every one, and what reviewers describe most is being shown an alternative to a full replacement: a distribution box dug out and replaced, existing lines cleaned, an extra line added to the field. Dave called on a Saturday afternoon and wrote that Cody "got my pump going over the phone".
