I highly recommend SeptiClean for septic inspections and repairs. My clients purchased a home that had some significant issues with the distribution boxes and lines. Mason explained everything and his crew did a great job installing the new system components. They were super helpful in coordinating the process with the seller and keeping the buyers updated.

Very poor customer service and terrible inspection service. They were paid to do a septic inspection and missed a huge portion of the inspection resulting in an additional $4K in repairs. Talked to 3 staff members (including the owner) who promised that they would cover the expenses and then they disappeared. No replies, no call backs, no texts after being given weeks to make it right.

Septic Clean responded very quickly to my call. Mason Thomas explained what was wrong with our system and our options and fixed the problem - we recommend them!

Homeowners call SeptiClean for system clogs, inspections, and emergency pump repairs. Technicians Mason and Chase arrive within hours to diagnose system failures and explain how the components operate. Mladen noted that the crew "were out in an hour" to resolve a tank backup. Clients also hire the company for tank cleanings and distribution line repairs during property sales. One customer, Kelly, reported that an inspection missed system defects that required subsequent repairs.
