Septic Solutions has done a fantastic job of communication and working to ensure that everything on the property contracted with them is up to functional standard. They explain and give detailed recommendations to maintain longevity in your septic system. Highly recommend them for anyone in the North East part of DFW on Septic!

Unfortunately, all the other negative reviews were right. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear this business doesn’t care about loyalty. I had a legacy price that they were happy to honor, until they weren’t. Without warning, they decided to stop respecting the agreement, showing that they value short-term profits over long-term relationships. It’s disappointing to see how little they care about the people who have supported them over the years. If you’re considering doing business here, just know that your loyalty won’t mean much in the end.

Came in here almost a year ago asking for septic ring prices. They had the ones I needed sitting right there. None of the 3 women in the office had prices. We left our info and they said we’d get a call back from one of the guys. No one ever called. We have called multiple times since and left our info; again CRICKETS. If you are not there to sell stuff just be honest and tell us. Don’t promise to call back and fail to 4+ times! The level of unprofessionalism can’t be understated with this company.

Had my septic tanks (aerobic system) pumped by Septic Solutions. Staff were friendly, very communicative, and overall pleasant to deal with. The pumper had it pumped and cleaned out fairly quickly, and did a good job.

Attrocious. Over two weeks of taking our NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment and zero communication until hounding them down. Only septic company I have ever heard of that will not pull permits. They couldn't even be bothered writing down the correct address at first. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customer reviews describe pumping and maintenance work on aerobic systems. James wrote that his tanks were "pumped and cleaned out fairly quickly." Several reviewers name the same field hands across the years, with Kelly and Bobby handling everything from routine service calls to digging a tank out of hard-packed soil and roots, and Bobby coming back later in the day to finish a stubborn one.

Around McKinney, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the McKinney city page for the full soil profile.

A new aerobic system is a decision most homeowners make once, and the installer usually stays involved through years of maintenance. When calling Septic Solutions of Texas about an installation, one question worth asking on the phone is what their maintenance visits cover once the system is running.
