    These are the guys you're looking for. No nonsense, straight to the point. They performed a pre-purchase inspection for my home and then helped guide me through some issues created by plumbing work done by another company. They were able to identify the issue quickly and accurately and guide me through the process of correcting it. My only regret was not calling them to fix the issue someone else told me I had - I would have saved money and time by going with Septic Service Pro. AJ is a pro from start to finish and if I ever need septic service in the future, I know who I'll call first.

    The previous owners of our house used this company for septic services. Originally (in 2020) I called them prior to purchasing the house to learn more about the system and when to service. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Flash forward to April of 2026 - my filter clogged and the septic was draining out of the top. I called them to ask questions and Philip was very helpful and generous with his time helping me understand what to do. He even saved me money insisting I could do the job myself. He was right.

    We had a sewage issue over the weekend before Thanksgving and called Monday morning for help. AJ was out by 8am the next day. He was incredible. He took the time to explain everything clearly (even having to stand outside in the rain) and made sure we understood what needed to be done. They had to install a new main line and dig up our concrete slab to access our problem. AJ came back the next day and worked all day to get it fixed so we could still host Thanksgiving. AJ’s communication, hard work, and honesty were outstanding. He truly saved our house and holiday. Highly recommend!

    They saved me thousands to repair my septic tank and drain field when everyone else wanted to replace them great bunch of guys they are! Very honest business! Ask for AJ he is awesome! He will walk you thru to saving money if possible!
