10/10. I don't have a septic tank, but we had a major sewer backup which led to a large volume of sewage in my backyard and back patio. After calling all over the county and getting a "sorry, that's not something we handle" from all of them I called Septic Plus and Nathan came to the rescue. Same day even! Worth every penny. Before and after photos included.

Before You Call

Scheduling septic tank pumping requires deciding whether to uncover the tank lids before the crew arrives. Asking on the phone whether the crew handles digging clarifies what site preparation is expected before the truck arrives.
