Septic Medic in Dingmans Ferry, PA
About Septic Medic
From the website of Septic Medic, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.
Septic Medic pumps septic tanks and keeps a 24-hour emergency septic service for failures that cannot wait. The company says its goal on an emergency call is to get to the property and diagnose the situation quickly. For a homeowner watching a drain back up on a weekend night, that is the difference between a bad evening and a bad week. Tank pumping is the planned half of the work, booked as its own service when a system is due for a cleanout. The company handles both ends of that, the scheduled visit and the overnight failure.

New septic systems are the other line of work. The company installs them, and every job starts before any digging: a site evaluation of the land and structure, with the system recommendation matched to state mandates for the situation. Once the new system is in the ground, an orientation makes sure the homeowner is well-acquainted with how it runs.

Scott and his son are the names that run through the five-star reviews. Soraya describes Scott spending half an hour on the phone to help her track down a buried cleanout lid, then his son showing up on time when she called back three days later. Brandon's system needed a rebuild, and Scott's team had it done in one day. Jessica's crew came out almost immediately to install a new pump motor, with a warranty on the new parts. Larisa writes that the crew "came very quickly" and handled everything efficiently. Montanino, whose tank and mound got the same attention, says the property was left better than he expected.

Before You Call
Timing is the decision this work turns on. A new installation starts with a site evaluation, and that first visit sets everything after it, so the useful phone question is how long the job takes from evaluation to a working system. For a tank that is failing tonight, none of that applies, and the 24-hour line exists for exactly that call.
