They were easy to reach out to and were prompt in the appointment, they were sensitive to not doing damage to the lawn in accessing the tank and were efficient in doing the work. Obviously knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend them.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Doug, so happy that we could take care of your tank... and be mindful of the yard/lawn in the process. We appreciate your comments.

Steve and son did a great job locating, marking, and servicing the 66 years old septic system for us! Steve explained everything in detail both before and during the work and adjusted the scope and cost of the job when unexpected factors emerged. He and son were very courteous and careful, even skimming the sod off for replanting when digging and replacing and tamping soil down at the end. Scheduling was easy and within a reasonable time frame. We will gladly recommend Septic Kings for any and all septic system needs!

    Response from the owner

Hi Dave, we enjoyed getting to know you and helping make sure your system is ready for years to come! Thanks for your feedback!

Tried Septic Kings for repair of my septic system. They showed up when they said, checked the system, scheduled a time to make repairs. Showed up on Saturday, like they had scheduled and were on time. They had already quoted me a price and I will say here it never changed. Heat was off the chain, never changed. Required hours of digging, never changed. I am amazed at the integrity of thus company and the information given by employees. Off the chain satisfaction.

    Response from the owner

Hi Robert, that was an insanely hot day but so glad we were about to find the broken pipe and get it replaced and adjusted back to the correct depth! Happy to hear you are happy with our work ethic, we take pride in doing our best! Thanks for the review.
