    Response from the owner

Thank you for the feedback. We want to clarify what happened during this visit so it's accurate for other customers reading this. Our technician pumped the tank as scheduled. During the visit, we found a large volume of wipes in the tank and signs that the drainfield had been overfilling and slowly draining back, likely tied to the wipes and drainfield saturation, not anything related to the riser install by the other company. Rather than pushing one fix, we gave you two options: a full drainfield replacement with a 100% warranty, or a lower-cost approach (pump, saturation treatment, hydro jetting, and bio treatment) with no warranty, since it's a less certain fix. Presenting both was meant to give you a choice, not to upsell, the lower-cost option was on the table specifically for customers who don't want to pay for the guaranteed fix. We're glad to walk through the diagnosis again if anything is unclear, and we'd like the chance to make this right. Feel free to reach out directly.

Our Septic System Experience in Georgia Moving to Georgia: A New Home and Unexpected Discoveries After retiring and relocating from Ohio and Pennsylvania, my husband and I settled into our new home in Georgia in June 2024. Having always lived in cities like Cleveland, where sewer systems are managed by the city, we assumed the transition to a septic system would be straightforward. We believed the septic tank had been pumped prior to our purchase but were surprised to discover that it had not been properly maintained.

I was quoted $275 to come out and pump my septic tank, he came out, and the tank was completely full so he had to go empty the truck, and pump some more, and Hydro jetted the line to make sure it was clear, somehow it went from $275 to $1825, I’m on for Paying a fair price, but that is extremely excessive. I called To discuss the bill and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and said that the field supervisor would call me and never did. Not a pleasant experience, would not recommend
