    Shane, Jody, and Kevin H were amazing…. It was hot and a “crappy” job- but they were all three so nice and professional. They all communicated well, on time, and were respectful of our home. I watched Kevin dig a hole in the heat of the day… not one time did he roll his eyes, get frustrated, or hate life. I apologized that he had to do dig and he said no, “this is what we do.” Those words… blew my mind, that work ethic is not very common these days. And then there is Johanna in the office, she was the cherry on top.

Don says the job was finished and cleaned up in about an hour. Haley requested a new septic system and had the install scheduled within the week, with the crew pointing out possible problems along the way. Dylan had an install done for a new construction project. When Kelly apologized to the crew member digging in the summer heat, he answered "this is what we do".
