    March 2025

Highly unprofessional, very rude. Couldn’t wait for 5 minutes for me to move my vehicle. Decided to dump a load right behind my truck. Had to drive through dead brush in order to pull forward and leave. Owner was super rude and unprofessional when he called me. Would not use this company.

    Response from the owner

Hi Lynnea, We're truly sorry to hear about the highly unprofessional experience you described. We understand your frustration with the situation involving your vehicle and the delivery of materials. There's no excuse for the discourteous behavior you encountered, and we sincerely apologize for the way you were treated. That is certainly not the level of respect or professionalism we aim to provide. We are taking this feedback very seriously and will be addressing this internally to ensure that all our team members understand the importance of courtesy and clear communication, especially when working in residential areas. We regret the inconvenience and frustration this incident caused you. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to show you that this is not representative of our company's values and that we are committed to doing better.
