The woman who answered the phone was beyond RUDE. I was a returning customer trying to schedule a pump, but after my conversation with her, we decided to try Whitfield- they were amazing! And much quicker! Sanitrol just lost all our business.

We stopped using them. Woman who answers the phone was rude and disrespectful .The guys who come to pump out the tanks were personable enough. The level of waste water in the tank kept getting close to the top and even overflowing and stinking up the neighborhood quite often. So Sanitrol kept coming and charging to pump it out but never cleaned out the pipes and never even suggested that we have that done. And it wouldn't take long before the problem would repeat itself because they didn't address the root cause. So we had to keep paying them to come out and pump the tank.

Sanitrol did some work at some else's house on my street. They drove onto my grass when pulling their trucks out and ruined the grass and compressed all the dirt down with tire marks. I caught the whole incident on my Ring camera, and they have not been willing to do anything about it.
