These guys are amazing and will help you any way they can! By the way, I'm a first-time customer! So I had Cox's Septic Tank Services come to my home to pump my septic, and that experience was horrendous! So I called these guys to come out (which is about 45 minutes away from them) and help me with cleaning the mess Cox's left and repumping my system. They went above and beyond for my family! I can't recommend them enough! If you need your septic pumped, these are the guys to call! 10/10 recommend and will 100% be a returning customer!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANITATION SOLUTIONS! After having a terrible experience with Dugger, I’m extremely thankful for Sanitation Solutions. Dugger came out, dug two holes looking for the septic lid, and then basically told us, “If you find the lid, call me and we’ll come back and pump it.” So we were left with two holes in the yard, a septic problem that still wasn’t fixed, and apparently the job of finding the lid ourselves. Then Sanitation Solutions came out, and the difference was night and day.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several of these customers arrived after a bad experience elsewhere. April describes a first visit from another firm going badly and this company travelling about 45 minutes to put it right, and Alan describes being left to find his own tank lid by a previous contractor. Speed and explanation come up together. Andrew describes a Saturday morning call answered within hours and the cause of the problem explained afterwards so it could be avoided, and Carolyn describes the same-day response in plainer terms.
