    The guys who came to the house were quick and friendly. 3 stars because I was a bit surprised when they told me they only take cash or check and it needed to be paid at the time of service. I think the person handling scheduling should make sure that the customer is aware of this.

    I noticed my septic was flooding my yard. Called and made an appointment for a couple days later due to inclement weather. The gentlemen that emptied my septic system were very kind professional and informative. I definitely recommend this company and will definitely use their business for any further issues.     Very Happy with the service! We waited too long and out tank for completely filled up and we could not use the plumbing at all. Everyone one else was booked almost a week out but Pro Pump heard us and made it out the very next morning. They came with one heck of a big nice specialized truck. We showed them where it was and they got to work right away. It did not take long and the inside of the tank looked brand new! We found the cost to be very affordable and we are very happy customers. I recommend using them to keep your septic systems pumped and maintained BEFOR it becomes an emergency!!

    They came by to pump out septic tank and told my husband that the charge would be no more than $400 dollars after tax and labor all said and done. They came to my husband afterwards and said it was $500 dollars. They also told us that we have a 4000 gallon tank and it was already empty if thet had only pumped a little over a thousand gallons, considering it was completely full when they started. We do not recommend this company to anyone.
