Called Sam last night and install can tell he was gonna do a great job. He answered at 6pm and said “I’ll be there at 9am”…. Next morning was there at 8:55am. Him and Brayden got to work and was in and out within a couple hours. He did more than what I asked and charged an unbelievably fair price. If you need septic work this company should be the top of your list.

    Response from the owner

Jay, thank you for the great review. I really appreciate you noticing the quick communication, showing up on time, and that Sam and Brayden were able to get everything handled fast while going a bit beyond what you asked. We’re grateful for your recommendation and glad the price felt fair.

  2. Teddy A.

    September 2026

I highly recommend Sam’s Septic to anyone in the area needing septic service. I called Sam and he was at my house within an hour. He quickly identified the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. I was especially concerned about getting equipment into my backyard, but he was able to get his tractor back there with minimal impact to the yard. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed about what he was doing, what to expect, and how everything was going to play out.

    Response from the owner

Teddy, thank you for the great recommendation and for sharing all those details. I’m glad we could get out to you quickly, explain everything clearly, and get the tractor into the backyard with minimal impact while keeping you informed the whole way. I appreciate you noting the no-pressure options and the cleanup, especially with the timing right before Labor Day weekend.
