Customer reviews point to crews by name. Joel and JT come up again and again, on jobs from replacing a sewer line to setting the stack for a septic tank. Hunter, Brandon and Matthew also get named for pump outs and repairs. Several reviewers describe a team that kept them informed and worked carefully around the yard. Jeff writes that the crew "Left the yard better than they found it", and others mention how little the digging disturbed the grounds. Fast response comes up too, with crews that arrived quickly and finished the work promptly.

Local Ground
Around Lula, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Lula city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call
A failing septic system forces one decision: repair what is there or put in a new system. S&S Septic Services works both sides of that call. One question worth asking when phoning is what the technician would check before recommending a full replacement.
