I must confess; I was overdue for my septic tank to be pumped out. Called S&S and Seleena was so kind and thorough as we conversed over the phone. Brad came out the next morning; he got to work and discovered my pump was out as well. He kept me informed through the process; he had me take pictures before, during and after. Job well done. Happy customer here. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

    June 2026

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. From the very first email, the team was professional, responsive, and accommodating. I work an unconventional schedule from 5 PM to 5 AM, and they went out of their way to work around my availability, which I truly appreciate. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently. What stood out most, however, was the kindness and genuine professionalism of the technicians who came to my home.

    Response from the owner

Licence Registers Searched

  • Georgia Certified Septic Tank Installer Companies11 Sept 2026
  • Georgia Approved Septic Tank Pumper Companies11 Sept 2026

We searched Georgia DPH's Certified Septic Tank Installer and Approved Septic Tank Pumper registers, and neither search matched the company. Georgia publishes these registers by county of business location and names companies without licence numbers or addresses, so matching depends on the company name, phone and county. A search with no match does not mean unlicensed and cannot rule out certification under another registered name or in a neighboring county.

Local Ground

Around Enigma, the main drain-field limit is a high water table: the saturated zone sits too close to the surface for a conventional field. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Enigma city page for the full soil profile.
