Thank you so much, Michelle! We truly appreciate the amazing 5-star review and your kind words about my dad, Ruben. We’re glad he was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with your smart bidet, carefully work through the problem, and find a solution that brought some peace and quiet back to your home! Smart toilets and bidets can definitely involve more than a typical toilet repair, especially when plumbing, electrical components, specialized equipment, and manufacturer-specific instructions are involved. We’re proud of our team’s ability to take the time to properly diagnose the issue rather than simply guessing at the cause. If anyone reading this review ever need help with a toilet replacement, repair or other toilet-related plumbing needs, you can learn more here: https://rsplumbingllc.com/toilet-replacement/ Thank you for trusting us to be your plumber for life!
