Rowland Septic Service was Great. After another company "no showed" for septic clean out I called Rowland based on neighbor recommendation and they were communicative, timely (although a bit early), proper respectful of property and really nice. Would recommend to any neighbor.

Honest, fast, friendly, competent septic services contractor. They came out the next business day for a non-emergency clean out and took great care of the property. Thanks guys!!

Al and his tech Daniel helped us in a last minute pinch today. Did a great job repairing a broken pipe in our septic system. Will definitely be using them for all of our future septic servicing !

They were so quick to come out even in the ice and bad weather. They did an excellent job and didn’t try to over charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything done with their septic. The gentleman that came out was polite and kind. They are a 5 star business for sure!

Reviewers describe a crew that arrives when it says it will. Monica called Rowland after another company failed to show for a septic clean out, and found the crew on time and careful with her property. James and Bernie describe the same pattern, with a scheduled visit kept and a clean out done the next business day. Emergencies come up as well. Brandon had a broken pipe in his septic system repaired on a last-minute call, and Krista saw the crew arrive through ice and bad weather. Justin said Mr. Rowland and Daniel "came to the rescue" during a sewage crisis at his home.
