We reached out to Rowes Septic looking to have our tank drained after they were recommended to us. We provided our location and need and were told they would be able to facilitate our concerns. They first missed the appointment because a pump was out at the treatment plant. They said they'd be here by noon the next day. Multiple calls no answer no show. Terrible customer service. We've found another company. Don't walk, RUN.

    Response from the owner

Totally UNTRUE !!! We don't come out if we can't verify the call and make sure someone is home. We called you several times and no answer so you're right we didn't come out .. Have a good day 😊.....

Our system backed up around 5-5:30 on a Wed afternoon. Called and Greg was at our house by 6:30. Apparently I had been taken for $500 by another company a few years ago. It was a lot of work and hadn't been emptied before. He could have charged more for the extra time and work but didn't! Definitely recommend Rowe's!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers describe pumping and tank cleanout jobs done by the owner, whom several call Mr. Rowe or Greg. Customers with backed-up or gurgling systems say the crew arrived the same evening or the next morning. One homeowner with a gurgling washer says the tank was full and a stopped-up filter was cleaned and replaced. Jeremy had risers installed and the tank cleaned out, his second visit from the company. Eric wrote that the crew "did a good job backfilling his excavation area" after digging to the tank. Joshua wrote in February 2026 that a pumping appointment was missed and that he went with another company.
