    I highly discourage anyone from using this company. They do not hold to general warranty of 6 month drain services that main Roto Rooter holds to. They cleaned my drain and just over 4 months later I had the same drain clog back up saying there were a lot of roots. I have a hard time believing they did the job the first time properly since roots do not grow that quickly just over 4 months later. They charged me again and said they only cover 3 months. I've had multiple issues...

    Roto-Rooter- I'm sorry we were not able to help you with your problem. If you have roots in your line, there is a possibility you have a broken line. If you were having problems again after we left, you should've of immediately called us back. We initially did your job on March 10 and you called us back on July 30 with the same problem. We do not guarantee rental properties. We are independently owned.. We are not owned by Roto-Rooter. Furthermore, per our conversation we advised you we were not going to bill you for July 30.

    I called a different company to clear my main line and three days later. It was still clogged .. Josh and Alex came out and had it fixed in a couple of hours. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards! I appreciate their efforts!

    John and his crew went above and beyond on our plumbing issue at the church in Huntington they stayed till they got the problem fixed were professional didnt break or make a mess and the bill we got was extremely fair thanks again you have earned my and our church bussiness for drain issues

    Poor communication, the left my house a mess, they don’t wear shoe covers, they didn’t solve my problem and now there is a hole in my wall. I had them out for my bath tub backing up. There equipment broke during the initial attempt, they advise they would either have another crew come try or have them bring more equipment today. They left and didn’t tell me anything, I had call the main office for an update later that day who told me they would be out tomorrow. They came back the next day and found I have a “unique” plumbing set up called a drum trap.
