Flooded my kitchen while performing a simple shut-off valve replacement. I would not recommend this company. They denied responsibility for the damage they caused to my brand-new wood flooring and then failed to show up for the follow-up appointment to discuss or begin repairs. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete lack of accountability.

My repair man was able to unblock my sewer line quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for their quick and reliable service. This was a sewer line connected to the adjoining house and the water drainage had become an issue due to my neighbor flushing things down the toilet that caused a blockage. Hopefully this won’t occur again as I had to contact zoning enforcement and show them what occurred. Thanks again. Kevin

    Response from the owner

Kevin, thank you for the great review! We’re glad our team was able to quickly and professionally clear your sewer line and get everything flowing properly again. We know sewer backups can be stressful, and we’re happy we could provide the prompt, reliable drain cleaning service you needed. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing Roto-Rooter. If you ever need sewer or drain service in the future, we’re always here to help.
