$800 and didn't fix the problem. left the property causing more damage before starting. I had to open up the wall and do the repairs myself. the technician was moving like a snail. great business model at $350 per hour. the job was to snake out a 25' run of 11/2" pipe

    Response from the owner

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our technician spent over three hours working to restore service, and we only billed for two hours in an effort to keep costs down. Unfortunately, the condition and age of existing plumbing can sometimes limit what any drain cleaning can accomplish. We always strive to provide honest recommendations and quality service, and we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
