Technician was Nico and he was great, however, I had the worst experience with customer service. I was scheduled for 8 am, they finally showed up at 4:30. I called several times and they could not update me on the schedule. On one call I was told I didn't even have an appointment that day. I was more than frustrated. I waited 8 1/2 hours. They told Nico that I had been texting all day. I never sent out one text. They lied to their own employee. I know sometimes Roto Rooter is the only option just beware. This whole fiasco cost $800.
