I have used Roto Rooter for years. That’s why they were the first place for me to call when I had a serious plumbing problem. It turns out the issue was actually a bit more complicated than expected. I had a 90 year old septic system that had failed and this could have been catastrophic I appreciated that I was walked through the options and given the opportunity to see how to solve this. The solution was elegant and done quickly. And all the time the guys were professional and good humor.
