This place is an actual rip off… plumber came by to look at my tankless water heater and charged me $130 for less than 5 mins of work. Then gave me a $4k estimate for a replacement. Bought a new unit for $900 and replaced it myself. This company preys on people. Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.

    Response from the owner

We are so sorry you were not pleased with our customer service. You called us out for an emergency service on the weekend due to a water leak. Our technician determined that your tankless water heater was leaking from the heat exchanger and required replacement. Our technician accurately diagnosed your problem and only charged you for a service call instead of the full one hour minimum which is our standard charge. We are pleased that you were able to resolve your issue on your own. We do not prey on people, we provide emergency specialized service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do appreciate your feedback.
