    Josh was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Fixed my issue at a reasonable price- after the first company claimed they couldn’t help clear my line without digging up concrete and charging me $6200! Josh knew exactly what to do, and fixed the problem non-evasively! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future. Thank you Josh!

    The technician was polite. The service was way overpriced. It was one clogged toilet because a stick was accidentally flushed. Took 15 minutes and charged $280. Will not use in the future.

Most reviews describe drain calls where the crew arrived when expected and found the problem. Perry says two men showed up on time and cleared his blocked drains. Mark credits Julian with explaining what was wrong and fixing it quickly. Bradley says another company told him his line could not be cleared without digging up concrete. He says Josh cleared it with no digging. Peggy called after dark, and her review says the crew "came out in the middle of the night." Not every visit ended the same way. Deomeko called about a washer and dryer drain, was told a camera was the next step, and had a different company snake the line afterward.
