It was comforting to talk to a human voice instead of automated AI. Lynda got a tech here to fix the water heater immediately. He was polite, did a beautiful job, left no mess. Quoted the full price before the start. I would defo recommend Hanson Home Services Rooter Man. I will be using them again if I need to in the future

Jake was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my water line feeding my washing machine, replaced hot and cold water valves and also replaced my hose bib outside. Great job. My second experience with Rooter Man and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this great company. I mistakenly posted 1 star and I meant 5 stars. Always my favorite plumbers
