Rooter Express in GA

Had our septic tank pumped, had one price for quote, ended up with a different price upon completion. Stated our tank was overfilled, it wasn't ($550) Within 24 hours of leaving our alarm went off. Called office to have someone come out to check told it would be at least a couple of days. 3 days later someone arrived. They looked in the tank, said we had a leak and the pump seemed fine. Told us to wait a couple of days. Alarm continued to activate and has not stopped. Called the office multiple times, asked for manager to call us, never happened.

Michael came by the house and surveyed my issues. He diagnosed quickly and sent some techs out (Wayne and Christy). Everyone was very nice and worked efficiently. They assured me that if there were future issues related to this call they would take care of them. I appreciate everything that they did and the information they provided. Thanks again!!

They have a phone number that they NEVER answer and you CAN NOT leave a message on. They were a vendor assigned by my home warranty company and they have NOT contacted me in 2 weeks. They are UNAVAILABLE for Contact. Fix your contact number and hire a secretary to answer your phones!!
