I signed the contract then had to call multiple times to get them to start the work. They installed the tank on a Friday, then it took 10 days and MULTIPLE calls to get them to finish, ZERO communication as to why. Steve is not nice to work with. The work is fine, the process was frustrating. I should've picked a different company.

I called them to have my septic tank pumped and they canceled on the date we agreed on then said they would be there first thing the next morning. The next day they call me at 1 o’clock and the first thing they ask after I said hello was “will anyone be there to pay us” before they even told me what time they were coming. Then we ended up having a plugged line and the two gentleman who pumped my septic tank were not allowed to clear the line, even though they said it would be an easy 15 minute job based off their dispatcher told them they could do.
