I need a septic system installed for my workshop so I contacted Rogers & Grant to put it in for me. They took care of everything from getting the permits to getting the inspection from the County. Everything necessary to make this project happen, they took care of it. On the day of installation the team came out early in the morning to do the installation...along with the owner! He wanted to make sure everything was done right so he came himself. But his team were wonder professionals who obviously had been doing this kind of work for years.

The receptionist that answered the phone has the best customer service! She spoke with clear and direct communication. She answered all of my questions without hesitation or frustration. Being a new homeowner and making arrangements via phone could be difficult but she has definitely set a great example of professional assistance!

Our drain field was failing, likely due to age and root intrusion. Rogers & Grant Septic came out, assessed the situation, and gave us a straightforward quote for the repair. We accepted, and since we were under contract, they pumped our septic tanks every time they got full in the meantime. They were kind, understanding, professional, and easy to work with the entire time. While they were digging, I could see the old drain field piping, it clearly wasn't sized for a family of five. The new one they installed looks to be about four times bigger than what failed.
