Steer clear of this company. We had an aerobic septic system installed in April 2024 and the installation went fine. But in the county I live in he has to agree to a two-year maintenance contract with the county when he pulls his permit. They are supposed to inspect it every 3 to 4 months and he only came out once in the 2 year period. When I reached out to him asking him why he did not come out he was rude and told me he did come out and did I check my security cameras because he waved at them when he came out. He also asked why I had not reached out to him requesting he come out.
