I called for help with a septic aerator that was not working. They sent a service service technician out during his lunch break and solved the problem in 15 minutes and gave us some great suggestions to keep us running smoothly for years. They were very informative, helpful, and more than fair.

I Would highly recommend, we needed our tank pumped in the middle of a busy day and they somehow fit us into their busy schedule and got it taken care of quickly. Anthony was super friendly and professional. It’s hard to find good customer service that like that nowadays. We own a resort down here at the lake and will use them going forward!!

I would have to say that Jason and the folks at Rickeys septic are a great company. They did what they said they were going to do on time and at the agreed price. Jason and staff went above and beyond to communicate and cooperate with every aspect of the system replacement. One of the best outfits at the LOTO and we appreciate their assistance. Thanks Jason.

Before You Call

A tank that has gone a long stretch between visits raises the one question worth settling on the phone: pump only, or pump and clean. Rickey's Septic offers both, and the office can say which they would recommend once they know how long it has been.
