Very unsatisfactory with both the service and results. We were told it was too wet to put it in. They needed to wait for drier weather. Then they came the day after a hard rain. They left our yard a mess. Our tank sits a foot or so higher above the rest of our yard. It’s not level. When someone finally came to look at it they were condescending and rude. Not very customer friendly.

Septic was full, called first thing on New Year's Eve. They were at my house within 2 hours. Super friendly and reasonable pricing. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had a very disappointing experience with Richview Septic. When I called them I was told it would be 3 weeks before they would come but after 3 weeks I had to call again because they never come out. Then they did not set up an appointment with me both times they came out they called me mins before being there and told me that they are on their way so I was not able to be there with them, which was inconvenient. After that they quoted me one price initially but ended up charging me more, it was almost three time more then what I was told.
