    These guys hit all the marks!!! 5-star company, friendly, fast and extremely professional. Takes the time explain everything they are doing or need to do…had an emergency recently with our septic and within less then 24 hours they where out and had it fixed! Call these guys and give them your business. BEST SEPTIC COMPANY IN THE BUSINESS!

    I called them and they said they would be here next day. I have called them repeatedly and left messages and for them to call me back. It’s been about three weeks and no answer and no call back and a no show. A very poor service

    We had Reed come out to service a septic tank in a house we recently purchased. Tara was great in giving me a status update before the visit. Mike was a true professional; written assessment of the system and good advice on how to take care of things moving forward. Just a pleasure to deal with.

Customers describe fast turnaround at Reed Excavating & Septic Services. Dave calls his visit a "nasty job done right" and thanks the crew for prompt service. Guy called about a septic emergency and says the crew was out and had it fixed in under 24 hours. Dusan had a septic tank serviced in a house he had just bought. He came away with a written assessment of the system and advice on caring for it going forward. Adam also credits the crew with guidance on preventing further problems. Callen lives on a private road across a small bridge, and five other companies would not cross it. Reed brought a smaller truck to ease the weight concern, then a larger truck to take the loads on the far side for neighbors who joined in.
