Pretty wild being charged a $100 service fee for a warranty replacement of a part that you all installed. There is at least one other company that does not do that and their name is being shared in our neighborhood. Let's see if this part makes it out of the warranty period...

3-stars, and that's only because the gentleman that came back to fix Tydons mess was polite. Tydon seemed like he didn't want to be there. He was quick, but he missed the issue. Josh came back, and made sure to take his time finding the issue before fixing it. He answered my questions. Helped me understand what the real issue was, and got me back up and running.

Problem required more than one visit. Everyone from person answering the phone to several workers very helpful. Augustin came out today in the severe heat! Quick. Knowledgeable. Answered my Q’s. Very pleased with the timely service call!
