Several reviews name the same technician, Derek, as the one who arrived when scheduled and walked them through the work, and Lizzie writes that he came out after hours when her household needed help.

Before You Call
A slow-running toilet or a smell in the yard can mean a tank that simply needs pumping, or a system on its way out, and Raymond Howard's handles both. If a tank fills up again soon after a pump-out, asking what they would check first is a fair opening question on the phone.
