Jack's review tells of a backed-up tank and a crew that made it out the same day. He says they were able to "get to me in 5 hours same day," and the woman who answered the call explained how the system works and how often to have it pumped. Ashley describes a complete septic replacement on a lot with no room to spare, where a soil scientist set the drain lines 6 feet deep and Steve's crew executed the plan. She says Steve stayed responsive from the first call through the install. Another reviewer mentions the crew found his buried tank in less than 10 minutes.

Around South Hill, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the South Hill city page for the full soil profile.
