    Very unprofessional. I was quoted a price of $399 to clean out my septic tank. And when they were finished they wanted to add another $100 to my bill!

    They are extremely unprofessional and, in my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. To start with, they came out and partially emptied the first tank, which is a 100-gallon tank. They then told me that the leach field was saturated and claimed that fixing the issue could cost approximately $75,000. I questioned whether that was really the problem, but they continued to insist that the issue was with the leach field. I asked my neighbor to come over because he has experience with septic systems. He asked them several questions and performed a few checks himself.

    Very happy with the team at Rapid Rooter! They were able to come out quickly, on a holiday weekend, to pump our septic as well as treat the septic field. They were knowledgeable and not only fixed the problem but gave us tips to care for the system long term. Would highly recommend!
