Its installation work starts with a site visit and soil evaluation, a relevant step around Bay Shore because mapped rated ground has very limited absorption-field suitability and water can leave too fast, risking groundwater.

Terrible company and classic example of bait and switch. They quoted me $400 to pump cesspool. A young kid showed up with no truck! and did a couple of poking and camera and charged me $350 and did nothing and told me you need machinary and need to pay $1400+ for this job. They said their $350 charge is for locating the tank but even the location they pointed was a wrong location (described below). They force you to sign a paper which indicates you are happy with their service which clearly I was not! Avoid this company at all cost. They have no idea what they are doing!

    Response from the owner

Hello there seeing the amount of frustration and thought you put into this review I can see you had a terrible experience but we are sure you have the wrong company due to all our technicians being over 40 years in age and us having no record of your name in our system if you would please confirm the company and kindly remove the 1-star review due to it not being our company! Thank you in advance we hate to hear other companies in the industry are not doing the right thing by our Long Island customers.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to Joe for responding so quickly to my plumbing issue. He sent James out to help, and I couldn't be more pleased. James was incredibly personable, persistent, and helpful. He explained exactly how my lines should be running to fix my long-standing problems. Though it showed me I need to have my plumbing completely redone, I truly appreciate the education and honesty. Thank you, James and Joe
