    I must say this company is amazing. Mr. Flowers, Shane and Sam took care of my septic and plumbing issues. As a first time homeowner they were very patient with me asking questions and watching to learn. Sam spent hours digging for the diagnosis. I feel like he genuinely wanted to fix the issue. I really appreciate his efforts. Over all 10 out of 10. I will not spend a dime with their competitors. Thank You again Shane, Mr. Flowers and Sammmmmm!!!!!!! 💜

    I'm DEFINITELY not happy with the service that we received from Quality Septic Tank. We used them to repair our septic tank, which was $10,500 4 years ago on a home that we sold and they were AWESOME! Since then we moved to another place and even referred them to other family members who used them and were satisfied. I'm not sure what happened this time around...We called them 2 weeks ago to do a service for us, and got a loan to get it done, they came out, and dug up our back yard, and have not been back, nor have they answered the phone and even communicated with us on what's going on!
