Josh was able to come out quickly on a Sunday, of all days. We were in dire need of working toilets. He showed up, explained our situation and what the process would be to clean it all up, talked to my kids, and had no problem whatsoever with us watching him work. He did a THOROUGH job. I certainly never thought of having a designated septic person for my home until I met Josh. He is a very honest, hard-working, and kind individual. Highly recommended!

From the initial contact, Josh was amazingly professional and courteous! I was really sold on contracting the company's service when he explained his business culture. It resonated as a company built on honesty and integrity, and I thoroughly respect this! He worked with my client to get their septic tank issue addressed and corrected promptly for their home sale. This is so very much appreciated!
