So these guys lie and come as a MOB and threatened me because I called them out on their lie about how much water they pumped out of a 2x2x3ft deep hole. They literally THREATENED ME because I was calling them out on a $1100 bill which I had to pay since I was by my self and they were 4 of them. Be careful. They will be reported, camera footage exists

First and foremost we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We understand we cannot please everyone no matter how hard we try, but to lie about being threatened by a MOB is absurd. You failed to mention the mob you refer to consisted of 2 men and 2 women. Pumpco was up front about the price with you before ever arriving on site. You lied about it being clean water. After removing said "clean water" off of the ground just to access your 2x2x3ft deep hole which had several pipes refilling faster than we could pump, you realized you had a huge problem causing an unhealthy environment for you and your neighbors. As a business man doing business at Blue Gate Boat and RV Storage, you would think you would want to be more professional and responsible for the hazardous condition you are causing. Meredith was trying to explain the situation when you began to yell, spit and SCREAM obscene profanity in her face. You were asked several times to calm down and not to speak to a lady in that way and after refusing to do so, Yes 1 of the men raised his voice at you. And we do apologize if you felt threaten, can you imagine how the woman felt? We have the whole thing recorded as well, with audio. Please note that our visit will be reported to the proper officials at the county office as well. Should you need our help fixing your problem, do not hesitate to call.
