The service provided by Darren and Mason this morning was exceptional. The guys were extremely friendly and knew their job. I would definitely use their services again in the future and recommend this company to everyone who wants quality services.

Toilets and basements drains started backing up - was a shitty situation! Called Pump my Tank shortly before noon on a Friday - living in Oro - we were worried. They were not able to promise at the time of call that they would make it, but when the driver heard we were already backing up - he worked us in FAST. This made a shitty situation fantastic. The service personal were , friendly, helpful and honest. Told it like it was! Thanks again.

In late June we had our septic pumped and risers installed to make future pump outs much easier. Our service was phenomenal. Not only did Pump My Tank send Phil who is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and professional, they also sent a local youth who is employed with them during the summer months. As an educator myself I was so pleased to see a past student, who is a wonderful young man, on my doorstep learning and working hard on his summer break.
