Recently had a great experience with Pump Monkey for a septic tank pumping. It was reasonably priced and CJ was very knowledgeable and professional. His communication leading up to the appointment was also excellent. I will continue to use and recommend this company in the future!

I hired CJ and Pump Monkey to inspect and pump our residential septic system. He returned my initial telephone call promptly, scheduled for the first available, and followed through as discussed from beginning to end of our transaction. CJ was polite, professional, and prompt. His services were first class and refreshing from what has become typical of many other service providers. It is with great pleasure that I post this feedback and endorse this young entrepreneur and his company.

    Response from the owner

5 stars all across is what drew me to contact them. These guys are amazing. CJ came out and pumped out tank end of last year and fixed a leak that we had unground for 6 months. We thought it was the drain field , but after the tank was pumped we called them to see if they could locate the leak. Dude literally was walking around to the side of the house and asked my husband if he could hear something....it was the leak, he found it within 5 minutes of being there. Then he contacted the city to get our water meter changed which we didnt even know you could do.

    Response from the owner

Hey Krystal, thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this. Reviews like yours mean everything to us, and We're glad everything got sorted out. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to being there whenever you need us.
