    August 2026

I called the emergency line after hours and Proline got a tech out to my place within the hour to quickly diagnose the issue and propose a solution. Our Tech, Adam, took great care in solving our issue and documented everything with great detailed explanation. He helped us avoid a potentially disastrous situation and cost was very fair. Highly recommend their services and Adam was great to work with.

    Response from the owner

Terrible experience. Adam In particular was rude, unhelpful, and seems like he hates his job. Overpriced as well. Do not use these guys!

    Response from the owner

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received. As our homes age, repairs are necessary. It can be very frustrating and everything today seems too expensive. I hope you get your leak taken care of.

Local Ground

Around Meridian, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Meridian city page for the full soil profile.
