Tristan did a great job by helping us identify the problem and determine the best solution. Then he went right to work to get the job done. Clean up afterwards was done well. All in all, he exceeded expectations.

    Response from the owner

Hi Ben, we appreciate all the hard work Tristan does, thank you for the five stars!

Darren (and Keeho) arrived on time and did an excellent job on our two repairs - replacing the cross fixture, plumbing for our new vanity, and a kitchen repair. Darren discussed with us the options, accommodating our requests. We felt heard and respected. They both made every effort to satisfy us. Thank you, guys!

    Response from the owner

Hi Laurie, Darren and KeeHo are amazing technicians, we are so glad they provided you with excellent service on your vanity installation and repairs. Thank you for the wonderful review!

We had Eddie out today to locate our septic lines and he was awesome! Super informative, patient, and thorough on the job. Would recommend!

Edit after owners response: I am changing this to 1 star. If you are standing behind trying to charge someone 4 times the price and quote over 1100 dollar for less then an hour of work simply because you are a licensed plumber then I have no respect for your company. At the very least your rates should have been disclosed when I called for the service and was charged 155 simply for you coming out.

    Response from the owner

Hi Dean, we're glad you were able to get your drain cleared for a better price. Please remember, drain cleaning does not require a plumbing license. We are a fully licensed plumbing company and the technician who came out is a licensed journeyman plumber. While our services can be more expensive during emergency services, we always make sure to do a full assessment of your drain and can offer permanent resolutions as needed.

Very unhappy with the work they did at one of our homes. after multiple trip I ended up calling Judsons to come remove the equipment (sewage pump) proline installed and replace it. Here is the pump they installed. They altered the electrical connection to Jimmy rig it together.

    Response from the owner

Hi Scott, we came out last year in August on emergency and replaced your sewer pump, float and alarm. We did let you know that your tank was rotted out and not sealed. You called a month later and said the pump was not working again. When we came out that visit we let you know that pump was not the pump we had installed a month prior. We installed a ProFlo pump and the one you called us on was a Liberty pump. We have not had a call since September of last year so I'm not sure who put the last pump in but it was not our company. We are glad you were able to get it fixed.

Local Ground

Around Salem, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Salem city page for the full soil profile.
