They had me on schedule daring work hours and they was going to do a payment plan for me 300 down and when I couldn't have no one home to assist them I had to go another route to find another company then that company never showed up so I call prme pumping back to get rescheduled and there words were that they can't take me anymore bc of there policy so now im left out and now have to figure something out So if you plan on using this service company I would reconsider going to someone else my rating stays

Response from the owner

Sean. We were very flexible with your situation, when no other company was offering a payment plan for you, we did. We agreed upon a date and time that you could have someone at your home, and we put you on our schedule. You chose to go with a different company. You chose to cancel our scheduled appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment, with less than 24-hour notice, that does not warrant a new spot on our schedule when your "other company" doesn't show up. Respectfully, we reserve the right to deny service to those who have had a previous cancellation with our company. We wish you the best of luck with whatever septic pumping company you choose to move forward with.

Just had Nick and his son Travis(i believe that was his name) come out and pump our septic tank. Nick took the time to look over things and explain issues that we may be having with our system. Very professional. Definitely recommend Prime if you need septic services.

Response from the owner

Thank you Kris for the positive review! We believe keeping customers informed and helping them have a clear understanding of their septic system is truly beneficial. Glad we could help today!
