Pounds is a LIFESAVER! They provided fast and friendly service. They were meticulous and thorough with their repairs, and considering the difficulty they faced with my septic, they are extremely well priced. I would be happy to use them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Installed my aerator and sump pump, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This company is top-notch, professional, responsive, and always willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. Their customer service truly stands out.

Unsure how my review was removed from 2019. Chuck was hired for Septic inspection, repair & cleanout when I bought a foreclosure. Chuck charged me $700 for a pump that burnt out within months. Later I purchased a $500 pump that was much nicer. I’m not positive he even replaced the original. He installed a sewerage sprinkler system within 50 ft of my back porch after we discussed not to unless it was the original system, which it was not. He didn’t bother calling me to discuss. He just did what he wanted.

    Response from the owner

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I do not show in my records that I worked for a J Reynier. If you’d like to reach out to me I will certainly try to resolve this matter. Thanks, Chuck
