Plumb Crazy might not have the best rep around town, but after the city installed new water meters on Jan. 25 we ended up with a flooded bathroom. We had a very positive experience with Tristan: excellent communication (calling before arriving, explaining what was happening/cost, supplies, everything). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We ended up noticing more leaking afterwards, but got another next-day visit and got everything squared away. Tara also came out, and she was just as professional and courteous- what a great team! Thanks for all your hard work

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your review. So glad we were able to get you taken care of! Give us a call if you ever need anything. Have a blessed day, T&T

Several customers describe sewer and septic jobs that were handled quickly. Chelsea had a new field line run and the inlet to her septic tank fixed, and says the crew was "fast and very efficient" at getting the household running again. Another customer had a sewer problem fixed in about ten minutes on a holiday weekend. Constance describes how quickly the crew diagnosed and repaired her problem. A customer who had a sewer line replaced points to Tristan as the plumber who did the work.
